Grinding

The grinding of metals is the process carried out on special spindles in the raw, to obtain a smooth surface ready to following processing.

The grinding is carried out by abrasive belts in different grinds for dissimilar smoothness level; it's a very delicate moment of the production cycle and it requires great precision of the operator who removes by hand any irregularity, porosity and burr.

Metalpol has three workstations suitable for grinding of parts in zinc alloy, iron and brass. Thanks to expertise and twenty years of experience of our personnel we guarantee excellent results on any single item.
